Zen Mechanical is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Journeyperson Plumber to join the team here in Saskatoon. If you take pride in your trade, appreciate a straightforward workplace, and want to help us build a solid company, we’d love to chat.

Who You Are:

- Journeyperson ticket in plumbing (Red Seal preferred).
- Solid experience with residential or commercial plumbing and drainage installations.
- Robust layout and rough-in skills, with the ability to read blueprints accurately.
- Reliable and independent, but knows how to work well with a crew.
- A focus on quality—someone who doesn't cut corners and keeps safety top of mind.
- Gasfitter certification is a definite asset.

What We Offer:

- Competitive pay with annual wage reviews.
- Overtime after 8 hours, plus the option to bank your OT hours.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 - 4:30 (keep your weekends).
- Time off: Paid vacation, plus 6 paid flex days a year.
- Extras: $0.50/hour tool allowance, annual boot allowance, PPE, and performance/referral bonuses.
- Growth: Paid training and certifications to keep your skills sharp.
- Company Vehicle or allowance.

The Zen Difference:

We aren't trying to be the biggest mechanical company in Saskatoon, but we do want to build the best place for a skilled tradesperson to work. Zen Mechanical runs on honesty, respect, and good craftsmanship. We don't currently offer a traditional pension or health benefits package. Instead, we invest that money directly into your pocket and your day-to-day life. That means higher hourly wages, extra paid time off, tool allowances, training, and regular performance bonuses.

The Work:

You’ll work on a wide variety of projects across Saskatoon, including:

- Residential & commercial plumbing (New construction & retrofits).
- Drainage, waste, and vent (DWV) systems, water distribution, and gas piping.
- Fixture installation, trim work, and finish plumbing.
- Furnaces, boilers, water heaters, and hydronic heating systems.

How to Apply: If you’re a skilled Plumber looking for a crew that respects your experience and values your time, send us your resume. Let's talk.
