~ Jr. Technician ~

Do you take pride in staying busy, staying organized, and getting the job done right? We’re looking for a reliable Jr. Technician to be another set of hands—supporting the yard, the shop, and the team during our busiest times.

*THIS POSITION REQUIRES SOMEONE WITH EXPERIENCE USING A FORKLIFT *

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Support shrink wrapping boats for winterization!
- Navigate the yard confidently while keeping units organized and accessible.
- Load and unload customer units and vendor deliveries, reporting any crate damage per company policy.
- Support shop cleanliness—keeping the workspace clean, safe, and ready for action.
- Rigging and building trailers!
- Installing tires onto rims.
- Jump in and assist wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly.
- Multi-task efficiently by balancing inspections, repairs, diagnostics, and hands-on work while maintaining quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate professionally with the team, communicating clearly and supporting others when needed!

- Valid driver’s license
- Passion for powersports—if it has an engine, wheels, or tracks, you’re all in
- Physically capable of handling demanding tasks, including lifting requirements
- Team-player mentality: skilled, adaptable, and always ready to pitch in where needed!
- Strong work ethic with pride in delivering quality results
- Comfortable working indoors or outdoors in all weather conditions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
