Position Overview

We are looking for a dependable, mechanically minded individual to take ownership of our maintenance program. In this role, you will be responsible for the servicing, repair, and upkeep of our commercial transport fleet, heavy equipment, and support vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

- Fleet Maintenance: Service and maintain a commercial fleet consisting of 4 transport trucks with livestock trailers, 2 dump trucks, and an excavator.
- Support Vehicles: Routine servicing and mechanical maintenance for approximately 15 employee farm trucks.
- Shop & Inventory Management: Maintain an organized parts inventory,



order replacement components as needed, and keep the maintenance shop clean, safe, and efficient.
- Autonomous Workflow: Manage daily repair schedules and prioritize workloads effectively with minimal supervision.

What We're Looking For

- Proven mechanical background with hands-on experience working on heavy-duty trucks, trailers, and diesel equipment.
- Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach to preventative maintenance and parts inventory tracking.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45.0 – 55.0 per week
