About the Role

We're looking for a passionate, versatile health professional to join our contemporary wellness clinic. This is more than a kinesiology role — you'll guide patients through their entire 12-week transformation journey, from EMS training sessions and metabolic testing to 3D body scans and personalized program follow-ups. What You'll Do

1. Patient Reception

- Warmly welcome patients and manage arrivals, departures, and appointments
- Prepare the treatment room, EMS equipment, and materials before each session
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and engagement throughout every session
- Document each session (intensity, progress, clinical notes) in the patient's file

2. Metabolic Testing, 3D Body Scans

- Perform metabolic tests (indirect calorimetry, energy expenditure, etc.) following protocols
- Conduct 3D body scans and validate data quality (posture, lighting, alignment)
- Interpret baseline results and clearly communicate them to patients
- Support the creation and delivery of personalized 12-week programs
- Conduct weekly/monthly follow-ups: motivation, adjustments, celebrating progress
- Accurately document progress in each patient's file

3. Sales & New Client Conversion

- Confidently present the clinic's services, packages, and programs
- Conduct initial consultations and convert prospects into active patients
- Offer renewals, upsells, and packages tailored to each patient's profile
- Proactively follow up with prospects (emails, calls, reminders)
- Achieve monthly sales targets set with management

4. Digital Presence & Marketing

- Create content for social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok): photos, videos, testimonials




- Publish regularly according to the editorial calendar
- Engage with the online community (comments, DMs, inquiries)
- Support occasional promotional campaigns
- Collect client testimonials (before/after videos, Google reviews)

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

- Degree in Kinesiology or a related health field (nutrition, exercise science, therapy)
- Fluent in English and French, spoken and written
- Comfortable with technology (practice management software, scanning systems, office suite)
- Good physical condition (EMS sessions are active and performed standing)

Assets (Nice to Have)

- Experience in consultative sales, wellness, fitness, or private clinic environments
- Knowledge of metabolic testing and body composition analysis
- Comfortable on camera for social media content
