Reporting to the regional sales manager, you will ensure smooth store operations and uphold corporate standards. The position combines recruiting, training, scheduling, sales analysis, inventory management, and employee evaluation. You will also maintain brand culture, store presentation, and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Optimize store performance and profitability through sales planning
- Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate store employees
- Analyze sales reports and develop solutions to boost results
- Maintain visual displays, cleanliness, inventory,



and store standards
- Open and close the store while managing controllable expenses
