Worley seeks an experienced Labour and Employee Relations Specialist for its growing People Team. You will support field supervisors and line managers with performance management, investigations, collective agreements, and employment legislation. The position also supports pre-job, grievance, and collective bargaining activities for the CLAC entity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise leaders on labour relations, discipline, and policy interpretation
- Investigate complex and sensitive employee relations issues
- Interpret collective agreements and project-specific guidelines
- Resolve grievances, complaints,



and workplace conflicts
- Support workforce planning and labour strategy initiatives

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a CLAC unionized environment
- Four years’ progressive Human Resources and Labour Relations experience
- Industrial construction employee relations experience preferred
- Understanding of collective bargaining and grievance management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
