Your work spans conferencing platforms, digital signage, AV over IP, and integrated workplace technologies. You will guide complex initiatives while supporting critical executive and Board-level engagements.

Key Responsibilities: Design and evolve enterprise AV and collaboration solutions

Provide L3 troubleshooting and root-cause analysis

Maintain technology roadmaps, lifecycles, and technical debt

Engineer AppSpace, Cisco Spaces, and ServiceNow WSD integrations





Lead evaluations, proofs of concept, and implementations

Requirements: Significant enterprise AV and collaboration technology experience

Deep expertise in meeting rooms, video, and AV over IP

Advanced troubleshooting across AV, platforms, and networks

Experience with Cisco, Microsoft, AppSpace, and Cisco Spaces

Solid technical leadership and stakeholder communication skills
