Haystax Mortgage is looking for experienced, producing Mortgage Brokers who want solid compensation, practical business support and the technology to operate efficiently.

This is not an entry-level position or an assistant role. We are looking for established brokers who know how to build relationships, manage mortgage transactions and generate business.

Depending on your experience, production and support requirements, compensation may include:

- Commission splits of up to 95/5
- A monthly desk fee of $200 plus applicable taxes

Final compensation arrangements are determined by the individual Haystax franchisee and will reflect the broker’s production, experience, business model and local market.

Who we are looking for

Our Experienced Broker Recruitment Program is intended for licensed Mortgage Brokers who generally fund at least $15 million annually and have a demonstrated ability to develop and manage their own business.

The ideal candidate will:

- Hold an active B.C. Mortgage Broker licence in good standing




- Have an established record of mortgage production
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, referral partners and lenders
- Generate a meaningful portion of their own business
- Deliver a high standard of client service
- Submit complete, accurate and well-structured mortgage files
- Maintain strong compliance and documentation practices
- Be comfortable using technology to manage client communication and mortgage transactions
- Conduct business with professionalism, transparency and integrity

Your responsibilities

As an experienced Mortgage Broker with Haystax, you will be responsible for:

- Developing and maintaining your client and referral relationships
- Assessing clients’ financial circumstances and mortgage requirements
- Researching and recommending suitable mortgage solutions
- Preparing and submitting complete mortgage applications
- Communicating with clients, lenders and other transaction partners
- Managing mortgage files from initial conversation through funding
- Maintaining accurate records within the Haystax systems
- Meeting all applicable provincial, federal and brokerage compliance requirements
- Representing the Haystax brand professionally in your market
