We are currently looking for a full time E-Commerce Sales Assistant to join our team in Richmond, BC. The E-commerce Sales Assistant will bridge the gap between traditional sales support and digital store operations. You will be responsible for maintaining our online product catalog, supporting sales campaigns, managing inventory updates, and ensuring our digital customers receive top-tier service.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Catalog Management: Create, update, and optimize product listings on our website and third-party marketplaces with accurate descriptions, pricing, and high-quality imagery.
- Sales Support & Order Flow: Assist with day-to-day online trading activities, track orders, monitor fulfillment pipelines, and ensure smooth backend logistics.
- Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels regularly and coordinate updates across all digital sales channels to prevent overselling or stockouts.
- Customer Engagement: Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding product details, order statuses, tracking, and returns across multiple channels (email, live chat, social media).
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience:
1 year of experience in an e-commerce sales, customer support, or digital administrative role.
- Platform Proficiency: Direct experience working within e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
- Traits: Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational habits, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual Skills: Fluent in English; Cantonese or Mandarin fluency is a significant asset for the Richmond market.

Schedule: Monday To Friday
Working Hours: 9:00 am To 6:00 pm (One Hour Lunch Break)
