You will provide training, coaching, and real-time matter support while coordinating with Knowledge and Practice Innovation. The position connects legal practice, innovation, and learning across AI workflows and technology.

Key Responsibilities: Lead local change management for legal AI adoption

Attend practice meetings and address adoption barriers

Provide hands-on training, coaching, and live matter support

Reinforce safe use standards and professional judgment

Support AI workflow design and implementation planning

Requirements: At least three years corporate or litigation practice experience

LLB, BCL, or J.D. and applicable Law Society membership

Interest in legal technology, innovation, and AI applications

Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Curiosity, adaptability, and sound skilled judgment
