We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented part time Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. Duties

- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Cook menu items with precision, ensuring consistency and quality in every plate
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a protected dining environment
- Support the kitchen team during busy hours by efficiently managing multiple tasks




- Restock supplies as needed and communicate inventory shortages to management
- Ensure all food is stored properly following safety protocols

Experience

- Prior experience in serving, food preparation, or cooking within a restaurant or food service setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations is highly desirable
- Experience working in the food industry or kitchen environment demonstrates familiarity with meal preparation processes
- Previous restaurant experience will be considered an asset but is not mandatory for motivated candidates eager to learn
- Familiarity with various cooking techniques and kitchen equipment is beneficial
