This Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager and Manager In Training. You will help recruit, hire, train, and manage store personnel. The position focuses on sales goals, expense control, company assets, and memorable customer experiences at Little Burgundy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Meet store and personal sales goals and performance standards
- Assist with recruiting, hiring, training, and developing sales staff
- Provide feedback, coaching, accountability, and policy enforcement
- Manage daily operations during leadership absences
- Resolve customer issues and deliver full-service experiences

Requirements:

- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Completion of required training or equivalent training
- Ability to work 40 hours weekly
- Availability for night and weekend shifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
