Senior Operations Director

About the Opportunity

We are working with a growing organisation that is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Director to join its senior leadership team.

This is a key leadership position for someone who can combine strategic thinking with strong operational leadership, helping shape the future direction of the organisation while driving performance, innovation and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to establish strategic priorities, improve financial performance, develop people and build a culture focused on accountability, collaboration and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Leadership: Work alongside senior executives to develop and execute the organisation’s strategic vision and business objectives.
- Operational Performance: Lead and support a high-performing management team, ensuring clear objectives, accountability and consistent delivery.
- Financial Management: Oversee budgeting and strategic planning while monitoring and presenting financial performance to senior leadership.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement new technologies, processes and initiatives designed to improve productivity, efficiency and overall performance.
- Talent Development: Develop and mentor future leaders, support succession planning and play an active role in key recruitment decisions.




- Employee Engagement: Build a positive, collaborative culture based on trust, communication and solid leadership at all levels.
- Organisational Growth: Support the leadership team in identifying opportunities for sustainable growth and improving the organisation’s overall effectiveness.
