Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Pizza Maker for a new commercial kitchen. The successful candidate must be able to prepare dough, hand toss Windsor-style pizza, build orders accurately, and manage a commercial stone oven while making pizzas and watching the oven.

Experience making and cutting all pizza sizes up to 32 pieces.

Key Responsibilities

- Make dough, including mixing, portioning, and storing it correctly.
- Hand toss dough and prepare authentic Windsor-style pizzas consistently.
- Make and accurately cut all pizza sizes, including rectangular party pizzas of up to 32 pieces.
- Keep the pizza station, equipment, utensils, trays, oven area, and work surfaces clean and organized.
- Work quickly and cooperatively with the kitchen team during busy service.
- Follow food-safety procedures and assist with opening, closing, stocking, and general kitchen duties.

Qualifications and Skills





- Professional pizza-making experience in a busy kitchen is required.
- Demonstrated ability to make dough from scratch and hand toss pizza dough.
- Proven experience making and cutting every pizza size up to 32 pieces.
- Experience operating a commercial stone oven and judging doneness by appearance, texture, and bake quality.
- Ability to work quickly, accurately, and stay organized in a high-volume workplace.
- Strong attention to presentation and food quality.
- Dependable, punctual and team oriented.
- Ontario food-handler certification is an asset.

Schedule and Availability

Applicants should be available for a flexible restaurant schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $17.95-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 35.0 per week
