We are seeking a professional and personable Esthetician to join our beauty and skincare team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional skincare services, including facials, waxing, and eyelash extension, pedicure manicure while creating a welcoming environment for clients. Duties

- Perform a variety of skincare treatments such as facials, waxing, and eyelash extensions with precision and care
- Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable skincare products and treatments
- Assist clients at the front desk with scheduling appointments, check-in, and check-out processes
- Upsell retail products to enhance clients' skincare routines and meet their individual needs
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in treatment areas according to health regulations




- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication skills
- Stay informed about the latest skincare trends, techniques, and product offerings to provide expert advice
- Manage retail sales efficiently while ensuring a positive client experience

Qualifications

- Valid state Esthetician license required
- Experience with eyelash extensions is highly preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
- Proven ability in retail sales and upselling techniques
- Excellent communication skills to educate clients about treatments and products
- Experience working at the front desk or in a reception role is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team workplace and maintain a professional appearance
- Passion for skincare, beauty, and helping clients feel confident in their appearance

Pay: From $17.20 per hour
