Contract CAD Draftsperson — Residential Design

We are a well-established residential design studio seeking an experienced, reliable CAD Draftsperson with at least two years of experience preparing residential building plans, elevations and construction details.

You will receive detailed design sketches and notes and develop accurate CAD drawings for building permits and construction. Excellent communication, time management and attention to detail are essential, along with the ability to meet agreed deadlines.

Customer interaction and preliminary design work are generally not required. You must provide your own compatible CAD software.

Compensation is contract-based and has historically worked out to approximately $40–$50 per hour,



depending on proficiency and efficiency.

Pay: $10,000.00-$35,000.00 per year
