Maintenance & Operations Assistant — Multiple Businesses & Properties

Location: Calgary, Airdrie and surrounding area

Pay: Based on experienceSchedule

Flexible availability required, including some evenings and late-night bar closings.

We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on person to help with maintenance, upkeep and day-to-day tasks across our construction sites, commercial plaza, bar and other businesses.

This is a diverse role for someone who enjoys fixing things, staying busy, learning new skills and taking pride in their work. You don’t need to know how to do everything, but you do need to show up, take initiative and be willing to learn.

What you’ll do

Perform general maintenance and upkeep at our commercial plaza and multiple business locations. Handle small repairs, hang items, mount shelves and install fixtures.

Help with construction site organization, basic coordination and general upkeep. Secure construction sites, including closing gates and fencing.

Complete cleanup, litter collection and other tasks to keep properties tidy and presentable. Visit the bar and other businesses to address maintenance needs.





Assist with bar closing duties and ensure the premises are properly secured. Pick up materials and supplies and run business-related errands.

Keep the owner updated on completed work and anything needing attention.What we’re looking for: Reliable, punctual and trustworthy.

Comfortable using basic hand and power tools. Able to work independently, prioritize tasks and follow through.

Willing to ask questions and learn unfamiliar jobs. Comfortable with physical work and working indoors and outdoors.

Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation to travel between locations. Available for some evening and late-night work.

Experience in maintenance, construction, property upkeep, handyman work or hospitality is helpful. A good attitude, common sense and a strong work ethic matter just as much.
