Plan maintenance for Komatsu and CAT mobile fleets at Elk Valley Resources, working in office across operations in British Columbia’s Elk Valley.

Reporting to the Supervisor, Maintenance Planning, the Planner, Maintenance develops detailed work plans aligned with mine requirements and maintenance strategies. The role supports efficiency, performance, and reliable mobile equipment maintenance. Success requires communication, collaboration, organization, flexibility, and the ability to prioritize competing demands.

Key Responsibilities: Maintain job plans, task lists, work packages, and strategies

Manage accurate backlogs covering parts, labour, permits, and tooling

Forecast maintenance work according to established strategies

Support budgeting, cost forecasting,



and cost analysis

Track performance indicators and identify improvement opportunities

Requirements: Journeyperson ticket, related degree, diploma, or equivalent experience

Mobile maintenance experience in mining or heavy industry

Microsoft Office Suite experience, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel

Familiarity with maintenance processes and system software

Valid Class 5 Driver’s License or equivalent

Use mobile maintenance planning, forecasting, and work package expertise to support EVR’s dedicated equipment fleet.
