The Maintenance

Supervisor reports to the Maintenance Manager and maintains mechanical, electrical, computer-aided, and utility technologies. This position oversees equipment supporting manufacturing, packaging, storage, and shipping. The role also develops organizational relationships while addressing current and future technological developments.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and coach maintenance personnel through communication and feedback Maintain sanitation, refrigeration, packaging, and storage equipment Develop maintenance plans, budgets, schedules,



and material requirements Ensure equipment repairs, safety procedures, and CMMS updates Coordinate projects with trades, vendors, and engineering Requirements: Engineering degree or industrial technical certificate Five or more years in supervisory or management roles Preventive maintenance program and parts inventory experience Cost control, sourcing, and budget management experience Food industry or high-speed packaging experience Apply maintenance leadership, troubleshooting, and equipment knowledge to support Saputo’s Saskatoon manufacturing facility across 24/7 operations.
