Responsibilities

- Provide hair styling and related salon services to clients.
- Deliver attentive customer service, communicate clearly about client needs, and maintain a professional, welcoming experience.
- Keep your station, tools, and shared areas clean and sanitary in accordance with applicable health and safety standards.
- Build and maintain a client base through qualified service and follow-up.




- Recommend suitable retail products and additional services when appropriate.
- Coordinate appointments and client arrivals, including front desk procedures as agreed with the salon.
- Follow salon policies and contribute to a respectful, organized workplace.

Skills

- Hair styling experience and the ability to provide services suited to your training and qualifications.
- Robust customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and safe handling of salon tools and products.
- Comfort with retail sales and appropriate upselling.
- Front desk or appointment coordination experience is a plus.
- Professionalism, reliability, and the ability to work independently.
