Job Overview
Are you passionate about exceptional food, memorable events, and outstanding customer experiences? We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Bilingual Sales & Events Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, organizing details, and helping clients bring their events to life.
As a Sales & Events Coordinator, you will work closely with clients to plan and coordinate a wide variety of catered functions, including weddings, galas, corporate gatherings, social celebrations, meetings, and recurring meal service programs. You will guide clients through the planning process, assist with menu selection, coordinate logistics, liaise with venues and vendors, prepare invoices, process payments, and ensure every aspect of an event is accurately documented and executed.
In addition to event planning, this position may support marketing and business development initiatives such as social media campaigns, promotional events, trade shows, and menu development projects. Opportunities to participate directly in event execution may also be available.
Experienced candidates may take on larger, more complex, or high-profile events. Individuals who are newer to event coordination will receive training and begin by managing smaller events, meal orders, meetings, and administrative sales activities before progressing to larger-scale functions.
Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
