Atwill-Morin is seeking an Senior Estimator, Restoration to join our Greater Toronto Area (GTA) masonry and restoration team.

Location & Work Arrangement:

- Full-time, office-based position in the GTA
- Occasional travel to project sites throughout the GTA for site visits, tender reviews and project assessments

Responsibilities:

- Prepare estimates for Restoration Projects
- Review drawings, specifications and tender documents
- Perform quantity takeoffs and develop detailed cost estimates
- Obtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations
- Prepare competitive bids, budgets and tender submissions
- Identify project risks, opportunities and cost-saving alternatives
- Work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents and suppliers

Qualifications:

- 1–3 years of construction estimating experience preferred




- Masonry/restoration experience is an asset
- Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and estimating software
- Construction Management or Engineering education is an asset
