What You'll Do

Parts Assistant Job Duties:

Receive parts from suppliers
-
Ensure all parts shipments are entered into the computer system accurately
-
Place incoming parts in their assigned locations within the parts department
-
Deliver parts to wholesale customers
-
Organize Inventory
-
Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask, lift 50+ pounds
-
Must have a driver's license and clean drivers abstract - MANDATORY
-
Other duties as assigned by management

Service Assistant Job Duties:

-
Provide safe & courteous transportation to our customers-Driver's License MANDATORY
-
Park and arrange vehicles in assigned spaces to maximize lot efficiency and space
-
Various pickups and deliveries as required
-
Clean and maintain service area, as requested
-
Move customers vehicles to and from the front area
-




Ensure customer parking area is clear of "long-stay" vehicles
-
Perform bank runs and other admin/sales tasks as required
-
Dust and clean showroom vehicles as required
-
Additional duties as assigned by management

- Ability to lift, lower, hold and carry light to heavy loads.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks.

- A team player that works well with others to ensure efficient operations.

- Possesses physical stamina to perform physical tasks and stand for long periods.

- Possess good Communication to clearly and effectively communicate with team members.

- Be proactive and take initiative and completes tasks on time.

- Dealership experience is an asset.
