We are seeking an organized Service Writer to act as the primary contact between our customers and our service technicians.

In this role, you will greet clients, record their service needs, manage work orders, and handle final billing.



Welcome customers and assist them at the service counter Listen to customer concerns and accurately record service requests Communicate job details to mechanics and shop staff Answer phones and respond to inquiries Schedule service work and provide updates Prepare invoices and process billing Support an effective shop workflow Comfortable answering phones and assisting customers Ability to multitask in a busy shop Basic computer and invoicing skills Interest in the marine industry is an asset Experience in marine or automotive environments is helpful but not required You’ll play a key role in helping us serve the marine and industrial needs of Prince Rupert and the surrounding area. Your work will directly support our customers and contribute to the high standards our company is known for.
