This client-facing leader will shape the Mechanical & Electrical practice while delivering projects and developing teams. The work includes strategic planning, proposals, project management, design oversight, and mentorship. Collaboration spans Canadian Mechanical teams and diverse infrastructure markets.

Key Responsibilities: Develop key markets and expand M&E; opportunities

Manage client relationships and key account initiatives

Lead proposals, projects, and technical delivery

Mentor engineers, designers, and future leaders

Represent British Columbia in national forums

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience

Professional Engineer registration or eligibility in British Columbia

Typically fifteen or more years in mechanical building systems design

Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and complex projects

Solid communication, judgement, and organizational skills
