As a Starbucks Store Manager , you'll run your store like it's your own. You'll inspire your team, build meaningful customer connections, drive business results, and create a welcoming place where both partners and customers thrive. You're passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience.



Strong communication, coaching and people leadership skills.

Experience managing sales, labour and operating costs. Basic HR knowledge, including coaching and employee relations. Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and email). High school diploma required; post-secondary education is an asset.
