Permanent|Full-time 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably within a gas station, convenience store, or similar retail environment. ~ Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage, develop, and motivate a team. ~ Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills. ~ Experience managing budgets, controlling expenses, and analyzing financial performance. ~ Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising best practices. ~ Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and standard computer applications. ~ Strong communication and customer service skills. Deliver an exceptional customer experience by ensuring products, services, and store standards consistently meet customer expectations.



Lead and oversee daily store operations, including scheduling, staffing, resource allocation, and team supervision.

Manage inventory by ordering fuel, merchandise, and supplies, while monitoring stock levels and minimizing waste. Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, environmental regulations, and operational procedures. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally to maintain a positive shopping experience.

Monitor sales performance, track expenses, prepare reports, and ensure proper cash handling and financial controls. Maintain a clean, organized, and qualified store and gas bar environment. Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching to improve productivity and engagement.
