Apply microbiology, chemistry, and sensorial testing skills as a Quality Control Technician with Lactalis Canada in a versatile hybrid work model.

As part of Lactalis Canada’s Quality Team, you will test products and monitor production environments against food and quality specifications. The position supports HACCP, QSL documentation, CCP verification, and corrective actions. You will work with dairy products and approved procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform analytical, microbiological, chemistry, and sensorial product testing
- Evaluate results and investigate deviations through root cause analysis
- Complete packaging checks and finished product sample collection
- Support internal audits, HACCP, QSL, and environmental monitoring




- Maintain laboratory equipment calibration, records, and inventory

Requirements:

- College diploma or university degree in Food Science
- Two to three years’ dairy food laboratory experience
- Knowledge of dairy analytical and microbiological testing
- Knowledge of HACCP, QSL, and GMP procedures
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, and SAP
