- We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a high school diploma or equivalent
- Is fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Is confident speaking with and engaging customers
- Can build rapport and create positive customer experiences
- Is self-motivated and takes initiative
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Is eager to learn and develop new skills
- Previous customer service, sales, or marketing experience is an asset but not required

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Sales Representative, you will:

- Represent GEM Marketing and our business partners in a professional and positive manner
- Engage with a high volume of prospective customers each day
- Introduce customers to products, services, and promotional opportunities




- Build solid relationships with customers through effective communication
- Answer customer questions with patience, professionalism, and empathy
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate information
- Assist with customer data collection and maintaining accurate customer profiles
- Follow established marketing and sales strategies to support customer acquisition
- Complete basic administrative tasks and maintain accurate records
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve individual and company goals
