Licensed Condominium Manager

Consulting / Condominium Division Development Opportunity

Guardian Real Estate Management Inc. is an established property management company serving Sarnia-Lambton since 2014. We currently manage a large portfolio of residential and commercial rental properties and are exploring the expansion of our services into condominium management.

We are looking to connect with an experienced, licensed condominium manager who may be interested in helping us develop this new division.

This is not necessarily a traditional full-time position. We are open to discussing a consulting, contract, part-time or longer-term arrangement with the right individual.

What We're Looking For

Ideally, we would like to connect with someone who:

- Holds a current General Licence with the CMRAO
- Has hands-on experience managing condominium corporations in Ontario
- Understands CMRAO requirements, condominium legislation and regulatory compliance
- Has experience working with condominium boards, owners and contractors
- Understands budgets, reserve funds, AGMs, board meetings, records, contracts and day-to-day condominium operations
- Can help guide an established property management company through the process of entering the condominium management sector




- Is interested in helping develop systems, procedures and best practices for a new condominium management division
- May be interested in assisting with business development and establishing relationships with local condominium corporations

The Opportunity

Guardian already has an established property management operation, administrative team, maintenance department, leasing and tenant relations infrastructure, accounting systems and a strong local presence.

We are not looking to build a property management company from the ground up. We are looking for the condominium management expertise needed to add this specialized service to an existing operation.

For the right person, there may be an opportunity to play a significant role in developing and growing Guardian's condominium management division.

Compensation and the structure of the relationship are flexible and would depend on experience, licensing and level of involvement.
