We’re looking for an experienced SEO Development Specialist who can hit the ground running. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands both the technical and strategic side of building high-performing websites that convert.

What You’ll Do

Your focus will be on executing website builds, rebuilds, and technical improvements across multiple client projects. You’ll work closely with the SEO and design teams to ensure every site is both technically sound and performance-optimized.

Day-to-day responsibilities may include:

- Building, maintaining, and optimizing client websites (primarily in WordPress)
- Implementing responsive, SEO-friendly designs and layouts
- Managing hosting, domain configurations, and site migrations
- Auditing websites for performance, speed, UX, and technical SEO compliance
- Troubleshooting bugs, plugin conflicts, and backend issues
- Coordinating with the SEO Director and project managers to balance workload and meet deadlines
- Contributing to site architecture planning and technical recommendations
- Managing QA and final delivery sign-offs for completed projects

What We’re Looking For





- 5+ years of professional web development experience (agency experience preferred)
- 3+ years of SEO experience (may overlap with development experience)
- Proficiency in WordPress (required) — including themes, plugins, and custom builds
- Robust understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP fundamentals
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with tight timelines
- Familiarity with hosting environments (cPanel, Cloudflare, Namecheap, etc.)
- Working knowledge of performance optimization tools and metrics (PageSpeed Insights, GTmetrix, etc.)
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Clear communication and documentation habits
- A growth-oriented mindset — ideal candidates are promotable as the dev team expands
