Job Summary

Making Pretzels at night shift. Typically Thursday, Friday and Saturday night

- Help keep the kitchen clean, organized, and ready for efficient production.
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain product quality.

Responsibilities

- Prepare dough and other ingredients, roll pretzels, and bake products according to recipes and quality standards.
- Perform food preparation and cooking tasks, using kitchen equipment safely and appropriately...
- Follow food handling, sanitation, and food safety practices throughout each shift.
- Clean and maintain equipment, utensils, and kitchen surfaces in accordance with procedures.

Experience

- Previous baking, food preparation, cooking, or kitchen experience is preferred.
- Experience in a restaurant or the broader food industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with food handling, food safety, and packaging procedures is beneficial.
- Cake decorating experience is a nice-to-have, not a requirement.
- Dependability, attention to detail, willingness to learn, and the ability to work overnight are important for success in this role.

Pay: $25.00 per hour
