Auto Body Manager, CSN Scott’s 180 (Red Deer, AB)

Want to run a collision shop that makes money and turns out excellent work? Douglas Repair Group has been in Alberta since 1974, and we’re growing. Scott’s 180 in Red Deer needs someone who likes autonomy, owns repair quality, and keeps the shop moving.

What you’ll own

- Daily scheduling and workflow for the body shop, including which techs get which jobs
- Inspecting and signing off on repairs before the car leaves. Comebacks come to you, so you’ll care about getting it right the first time.
- Insurer and customer communication, including program requirements
- Training the team on procedures and equipment, and pushing changes that cut cycle time and cost
- Parts, materials, and tool spend
- Keeping the shop compliant with Alberta OHS rules

How you’ll be measured

- Average cycle time
- Profitability
- Insurer scorecards
- Comeback rate

What we need

- Collision repair experience, ideally at a multi-location shop or insurer-network operation




- Trade background (Red Seal or equivalent experience preferred). You need to be able to show a tech how a repair should be done.
- Supervisory experience leading a team
- Working knowledge of Mitchell and Audatex
- Organized enough to run a full board of jobs without things slipping

What we offer

- $100,000 to $130,000 based on experience
