Lead modular assembly operations with pipefitting expertise and safety leadership at Alstar Group’s Western Canadian oil and gas shop.

The Assembly Superintendent provides superintendency or supervisory experience within a modular assembly yard and shop setting. This role requires modular assembly knowledge, heavy spool assembly expertise, and blueprint interpretation skills. You will guide crews, schedules, workflow, and site safety.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead large crews across modular assembly yard operations
- Manage daily yard schedules and coordinate workflow
- Optimize workflow efficiency within the assembly shop
- Interpret blueprints and P&IDs; for assembly activities
- Cultivate an uncompromised on-site safety culture

Requirements:

- Journeyman Pipefitter Red Seal or trade certification
- Extensive modular assembly yard supervisory experience
- Heavy spool assembly and pipefitting tolerance knowledge
- First Aid, CSO, WHMIS 2015, and LSE certificates
- Structural integration and testing procedure knowledge
