This family practice physician position serves a vibrant patient population at a well-established clinic. You will work alongside four physicians, a registered nurse, PCN Social Worker, O/T, Pharmacist, medical office assistants, billing specialists, and administrators. The clinic provides prompt appointments and continuity of care. Specialist support is available through local and regional hospitals.

Key Responsibilities: Provide family practice care for diverse patient populations

Support prompt appointments for attached and unattached patients

Deliver consistent continuity of care

Work collaboratively with the Primary Care Network team

Requirements: Family practice practitioner qualification

Interest in working at least three shifts weekly

Availability for 24 to 40 hours weekly
