Novara Creatives provides graphic design, digital marketing, branding, and printing solutions to businesses. We are looking for a motivated, sales-oriented individual in Greater Montreal, Quebec, who can help us connect with local businesses and develop new client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Identify and approach local businesses throughout Greater Montreal.
- Visit businesses and introduce Senior Junior' services.
- Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, and business visits.
- Arrange meetings with potential clients and understand their needs.
- Present our design, digital marketing, branding, and printing services.
- Prepare proposals, follow up with prospects, and help close deals.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients and report sales progress.
Who We're Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence approaching business owners and decision-makers.
- Interest or experience in sales, marketing, graphic design,
or printing.
- Self-motivated, professional, and comfortable working independently.
- Ability to work with local businesses across the Montreal area.
- English communication skills; French is an asset.
Compensation
This is a commission-based chance. Compensation will be based on successfully closed deals, with the commission percentage and payment terms agreed upon in writing before work begins. There is no guaranteed base salary unless separately agreed in writing.
Work Arrangement
The role involves prospecting and visiting businesses throughout Greater Montreal. The representative will coordinate with the Novara Creatives team remotely for proposals, client communication, and project delivery.
