Job Overview

We are looking for our next talented individual to join us as our Warehouse Coordinator. This role is an integral part of our Field Operations.

You understand the importance of organization, communication and have a "do what it takes" attitude.

You will be responsible for inventory, small equipment inventory, warehouse / yard organization and organizing pick ups and drop offs of materials tools and equipment at project sites, suppliers or repair shops.

Some responsibilities for this role include:

Accurate reporting of project inventory, processing orders and returns from projects, unloading and loading of trucks and equipment. Performing cycle counts and reviews of items required for field operations.

Organizing materials, equipment and tools while ensuring the yard and warehouse are tidy, accessible, and organized.

Receiving and inspecting returned vehicles, tools and equipment ensuring they are in positive working order and restocking returned materials. This includes fueling equipment and vehicles.

Data entry - you are comfortable with Excel, Word and Outlook with above average computer skills.

You can work well under pressure when required, you are a self-starter who can work with changing priorities and little supervision.





You have demonstrated experience with material inventory, shipping / receiving and take pride in the details of keeping the warehouse and yard areas, organized, tidy and debris free.

You have an excellent driving record, (having a current forklift license is a bonus) as you can be tasked with anything from an in town / out of town project delivery, moving small to large construction equipment in the yard and warehouse to picking up safety supplies and assisting with basic to moderate maintenance support projects as needed.

You are safety conscious and are responsible ensuring that yourself and others adhere to safety requirements. You are comfortable directing others to complete their required tasks such as leaving their workspaces clean, completing the paperwork you require to complete your role effectively and reporting anything needed for their projects.

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44.0 – 50.0 per week
