Job Summary

Express is seeking a highly skilled Gas Turbine Technician to join our reputable client's maintenance team. This role involves performing complex maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure optimal performance and safety of turbine operations. The ideal candidate will possess robust mechanical, electrical, and industrial maintenance expertise, with a focus on programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, and low voltage systems. Duties

- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on gas turbines and associated equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues using schematics, control systems, and analysis skills
- Perform repairs and replacements of mechanical components, electrical wiring, and low voltage systems
- Operate and calibrate programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to optimize turbine performance
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for work order management and documentation
- Execute welding, HVAC, boiler, and other industrial maintenance tasks as needed
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards during all maintenance activities
- Assist in the installation of new equipment and upgrades to existing systems




- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs for compliance purposes
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring minimal downtime and reliable turbine operation

Experience

- Proven experience in industrial electrician work, mechanical maintenance, or industrial maintenance roles within manufacturing or energy sectors
- Knowledge of schematics, control systems, PLC programming, and low voltage electrical systems
- Hands-on experience with CMMS software is highly desirable
- Skills in welding, HVAC systems, boiler operation, or related trades are advantageous
- Familiarity with turbines or large rotating machinery is preferred but not required
- Strong analysis skills for troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical issues
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and engineering drawings fluently in English
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with customer service orientation to support operational needs

Pay: From $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
