Description:

Premier Pro Painting is a growing residential painting company in Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge and Guelph. We do interior and exterior repaints for homeowners who care about quality, and we're building a team that does it right the first time.

We're hiring a Crew Lead to run jobs day to day: lead 1–2 painters, keep the job on schedule and on budget, and make sure every client is happy at the final walkthrough. This is the first leadership role on our team, and there's a clear path to Production Manager as we grow.

What you'll do:

- Run residential interior and exterior jobs from setup to final walkthrough.
- Lead and train 1–2 painters. Set the standard for prep, protection and clean-up.
- Work to the job sheet and hours budget, and report hours at the end of each day.
- Talk with homeowners on site: daily updates, colour questions, touch-ups.
- Take before and after photos and complete the final walkthrough checklist.

What you bring:

- 4+ years of residential painting experience, including some time leading others.
- Clean cutting,

rolling and prep, plus drywall repair (patching, mudding, sanding).
- Comfortable on extension ladders and exterior work on 2-storey homes.
- Spraying and cabinet experience are a plus.
- Valid G licence and your own reliable vehicle.
- Working-at-heights training (or willing to get it, and we'll cover it).
- Organized, on time and positive with people. No smoking or vaping on client property.

What you get:

- $26 to $32 an hour, based on experience, with a pay review at 90 days and then every year.
- Year-round work. Winter is interiors and property manager turnovers.
- Path to Production Manager as the company grows.
- Mileage paid per km for driving between job sites and supply runs.
- Paid training and certifications, including working at heights.
- All tools and equipment supplied: ladders, sprayer and materials.

Pay: $26.00-$35.00 per hour
