Key Responsibilities

Lead testing for Oracle Customer Care and Billing applications

Develop test strategies, plans, cases, and execution schedules

Manage functional, integration, regression, performance, and UAT testing

and application layers

Coordinate defect triage, resolution, reporting, and quality assurance

Requirements

Experience leading CC&B; or utility project testing activities

Expertise in Oracle Customer Care and Billing

Knowledge of utility operations and industry requirements

Experience with JIRA, HP ALM, or similar tools

Solid stakeholder management, reporting, and team leadership skills
