New Value Solutions is recruiting experienced Senior Change Management Consultants to support Government of Canada consulting engagements focused on organizational transformation, digital modernization, business process improvement, and enterprise technology implementation.

We are seeking accomplished Change Management professionals with demonstrated experience developing and executing change management strategies, engaging diverse stakeholders, and supporting organizations through complex business and technology transformations.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive organizational change management strategies, plans, and frameworks aligned with business and project objectives.
- Conduct change impact assessments, organizational readiness assessments, and stakeholder analyses to identify risks, challenges, and opportunities.
- Develop stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption strategies to support successful change initiatives.
- Work closely with executive sponsors, business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to integrate change management activities into project delivery.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, consultations, working sessions, and leadership engagement activities.
- Identify and address resistance to change, develop mitigation strategies, and support organizational readiness.
- Develop change management deliverables, including change impact assessments, communications plans, stakeholder engagement plans, training strategies, and adoption roadmaps.
- Establish change adoption metrics, monitor organizational readiness, and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives.
- Support business process transformation, technology adoption, organizational restructuring, and changes to operational practices.
- Prepare executive presentations, recommendations, status reports,



and decision-support materials for senior management and project governance committees.

Requirements:

- Extensive professional experience in organizational change management, preferably within large enterprise or public sector transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing change management strategies for complex business or technology projects.
- Strong experience conducting stakeholder assessments, change impact assessments, and organizational readiness evaluations.
- Experience developing and implementing communications, stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption plans.
- Proven ability to engage executive leadership, business stakeholders, and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Experience supporting enterprise technology implementations, digital transformation, business process modernization, or organizational restructuring initiatives.
- Robust knowledge of established organizational change management methodologies and frameworks, such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, or equivalent approaches.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience developing executive-level presentations, change management documentation, and performance reporting.
- Relevant post-secondary education in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Communications, Information Technology, or a related discipline,



or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience delivering organizational change management initiatives for Government of Canada departments or agencies.
- Experience supporting large-scale public sector transformation, digital modernization, or enterprise systems implementation projects.
- Prosci Change Management certification, Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), or other recognized change management certification.
- Experience applying structured change management methodologies within formal government project governance environments.
- Experience supporting change initiatives involving multiple business units, geographically distributed stakeholders, or complex organizational structures.
- Experience developing change adoption metrics, benefits realization measures, and organizational readiness reporting.
- Existing Government of Canada Reliability Status or Secret security clearance.
