We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing organization specializing in high-performance building products used in commercial, institutional, and residential construction.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of an established territory , managing existing dealer and distributor relationships while growing new business across the region.

What You'll Do

- Manage and grow an established territory
- Build relationships with building material dealers, lumberyards, gypsum dealers, and contractors
- Deliver product presentations and provide technical product support
- Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts
- Maintain CRM activity, forecasts, and territory plans

What We're Looking For

- 3-5+ years of outside sales experience within building materials,



construction products, or another technical building products industry
- Experience selling through dealer and distributor channels
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn complex products
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable managing an independent territory

Experience With Products Such As:

- Insulation
- Air & vapour barriers
- Roofing
- Waterproofing
- Cladding
- Steel framing
- Drywall systems
- Acoustical products
- Building envelope systems
- Other technical construction products
