Part-Time Marketing Associate (In-House) - 2 Positions

Want real marketing experience, not a classroom project?

We're hiring two part-time, in-house marketing associates to bring customers into our Surrey used-car store. You'll run the store's marketing every day, on site: generate leads, make videos, run ads and listings, and turn attention into appointments.

What you'll do

- Come up with content ideas and create content that keeps the dealership's image present everywhere: social media, listings, and the store
- Film and edit short car videos, on your own and together with staff members. Phone video is fine, training provided
- Create and post listings, ads, and daily content that brings in leads
- Run and help manage Google and Meta ads. You'll create the ads, not hand them to an agency
- Turn messages and comments into booked appointments, and keep the follow-up list moving
- Keep every car visible: listings, photos, prices, and details up to date on AutoTrader, CarGurus, and Marketplace
- Track what works every week: appointments booked, appointments shown, and deals closed

What we're looking for
- Comfortable on camera and with phone video. Editing skills are an asset
- You know Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Marketplace, or you're keen to learn rapid




- Interest in cars. A valid driver's licence is an asset, not a requirement
- Reliable, on time, and on site. This is an in-house role, not remote work
- Hungry to earn on results: base pay plus bonuses for shown appointments and closed deals
- Marketing students and recent marketing graduates are encouraged to apply. Experience is a plus, not a requirement. Attitude and output matter more

Schedule Part-time, 20-24 hours per week each, on site 5-6 hours per day at our Surrey lot. Shifts to be set with the store.

Pay

Base pay: $18.25 per hour (BC minimum wage)

Incentives: a lucrative bonus structure, paid on appointments shown and deals closed

Base pay plus incentives. Full bonus details are shared in person at the store.

After three months

We sit down and revisit the role and the pay together, based on results: appointments shown, deals closed, and content output. Good work grows here.
