Role Description The Part-Time Partner Relationship Manager for the manufacturing industry will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with manufacturing partners worldwide. In this remote role, the manager will serve as the primary point of contact for manufacturers, introduce them to the Origin Detector platform, and support their onboarding and ongoing engagement. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling and leading virtual meetings, understanding partner needs, explaining platform features and perks, and gathering feedback to improve collaboration.





The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to address partner inquiries, monitoring partner activity, and preparing brief status updates and reports. This is a part-time position designed for individuals who can manage their schedule effectively and support partners across different time zones.

Qualifications

- Experience in partner management, account management, or business development within or related to the manufacturing industry.
- Strong relationship-building, stakeholder management, and customer service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex concepts clearly in virtual meetings.
- Comfort with remote work tools and digital platforms; ability to manage multiple partners and tasks independently.
- Analytical skills to interpret partner feedback, identify opportunities for collaboration, and propose process improvements.
- Previous experience working with consumer-facing platforms, transparency initiatives, or supply chain-related projects is a plus.
