Artisan Cleaning Co. is a growing residential cleaning company serving Victoria and the surrounding areas. We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented cleaner who takes pride in their work and would love to become part of a small, growing team.

The Position

This is a part-time position with a consistent Tuesday–Thursday schedule, offering approximately 18–21 hours per week. The successful candidate will work in private residences throughout Victoria and surrounding areas.

You’ll receive training on our cleaning standards, products, procedures and client preferences. We’re looking for someone who is organized, trustworthy, efficient and comfortable working independently once trained.

Responsibilities

● Perform detailed residential cleaning, including kitchens, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, mopping and general tidying.

● Follow company cleaning checklists and individual client priorities.

● Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail.

● Use cleaning products and equipment safely and correctly.

● Respect clients’ homes, belongings, privacy and personal information.

● Communicate professionally and arrive on time for scheduled jobs.

● Report any damage, concerns, low supplies or unexpected issues promptly.

● Work efficiently while ensuring each home receives the care and attention it deserves.

What We’re Looking For

● Reliable, punctual and responsible.

● Strong attention to detail and pride in doing quality work.

● Previous residential or professional cleaning experience is an asset.





● Comfortable working in private homes and respecting client confidentiality.

● Able to work independently, follow instructions and manage time effectively.

● Physically comfortable performing the duties associated with residential cleaning, with reasonable accommodation where required.

● Reliable transportation to travel between client homes in Victoria and surrounding areas.

● Willingness to learn and follow company procedures.
