We are currently seeking outgoing, professional, and customer-focused individuals to join our growing hospitality team. Our front of house staff play an important role in creating a welcoming, upbeat, and memorable guest experience from the moment guests arrive.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests in a warm, professional, and friendly manner
- Provide exceptional customer service and guest support
- Answer phones, assist with bookings, and respond to guest inquiries
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workplace
- Support daily front-of-house operations and team needs
- Build positive relationships with guests and team members
- Assist in creating a fun, upbeat, and hospitality-driven atmosphere

- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
