Overview

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled Family Physician to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care to individuals and families across the lifespan. The physician will assess and treat a broad range of health concerns, support preventive care, and coordinate services with other healthcare professionals. The role may include care for patients in clinic, hospital, acute-care, or home-care settings, depending on practice needs.

Responsibilities

- Provide primary and ongoing patient care, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up.
- Deliver preventive care and health education to patients of all ages, including children and adolescents.
- Evaluate and manage acute conditions, chronic illnesses, and common family medicine concerns.
- Prescribe and oversee medications, explaining appropriate use and monitoring effectiveness and safety.
- Assess pain and develop appropriate pain-management plans within clinical guidelines.
- Coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialists, nurses, and other members of the care team.
- Maintain accurate, timely medical records using electronic health record systems such as Epic or Cerner.




- Use medical terminology and clinical documentation practices clearly and consistently.
- Collect and review patient and clinical data to support care decisions, quality improvement, and continuity of care.
- Participate in clinical research or practice-based research activities when applicable.
- Support care transitions between outpatient, hospital, acute-care, and home-care settings as appropriate.

Requirements

- Medical degree and completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency.
- Current, unrestricted medical license in the state of practice, CPSO.
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and commitment to respectful, patient-centered care.
- Experience in patient care across a range of ages and health needs.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, medication administration practices, and electronic health records.

Pay: $350,000.00-$450,000.00 per year
