Job Summary

On behalf of our Durham Region client, an HVAC services company, we are seeking a dynamic and skilled Commercial Industrial Technician to join their team and drive excellence in maintaining and troubleshooting industrial systems. This role offers an exciting chance to work on diverse manufacturing and industrial equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Duties

- Install, perform routine inspections, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery, including HVAC systems, boilers, supermarket freezers and refrigerators, and other manufacturing assets.
- Utilize schematics and technical manuals to diagnose issues accurately and implement effective solutions.
- Proficiency operating CPC and Danfoss systems.
- Conduct electrical work with a focus on low voltage systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Support mechanical maintenance tasks such as welding, pipe fitting, and boiler servicing to uphold equipment integrity.
- Collaborate with team members and customers to provide excellent service, communicate technical information clearly,



and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.

Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years experience as a commercial and industrial technician.
- Familiarity with CPC and Danfoss systems, HVAC systems, boilers, welding techniques, and CMMS software.
- Ability to analyze complex technical issues quickly and develop effective solutions efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and customer interactions.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a team in rapid-paced industrial settings.
- Gas Fitter 1 certification.

Pay: $50.00-$63.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50.0 – 60.0 per week
