Overview

We are seeking a dependable HVAC Installer to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential settings. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with tools, equipment, and technical plans. This role involves working at job sites, collaborating with customers and team members, and completing installations to applicable codes and quality standards.

Duties

- Install HVAC systems and components, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless split, condensing boilers and related equipment.
- Inspect job sites, prepare work areas, and verify that equipment and materials are ready for installation.
- Read and interpret schematics, equipment manuals, and installation plans.
- Connect and test electrical, refrigerant, duct, and plumbing components as appropriate to the project and applicable qualifications.
- Perform system start-ups, operational checks, troubleshooting, and adjustments to confirm proper performance.
- Complete routine maintenance and assist with repairs to HVAC equipment and related systems.
- Use hand and power tools safely; maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area.
- Follow safety procedures, building codes,



and company quality standards.
- Communicate clearly with customers and coworkers about work progress, system operation, and site needs.
- Document completed work and report installation issues or additional service needs.

Experience

- Previous HVAC installation & service experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated mechanical knowledge and familiarity with HVAC tools, equipment, and system components.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to safe, high-quality work.
- Ability to perform the physical tasks required for installation, including standing, bending, lifting equipment, and working in confined or elevated areas when needed.
- Relevant training, certifications, or licenses essential; candidates must meet applicable local requirements for the work performed.

Pay: $165,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
