Coordinate patient care at Avant Respiratory in Dawson Creek using strong communication and organization skills. This full time, permanent position is in-person, Monday through Friday. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will support sleep therapy services for snoring and sleep apnea. The work includes patient assistance, appointment scheduling, referrals, documentation, insurance coordination, and administrative support.
Experience in customer service, administration, reception, customer-facing work, EMR systems, or healthcare can help. Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries Update electronic medical records accurately Coordinate insurance coverage and claim submissions Comfort learning new software and computer systems Customer service or healthcare experience is an asset Use patient support, administrative coordination, and documentation skills to help Avant Respiratory deliver sleep therapy services. #
